There are always people around you and they are connected with you in one or another way and there are people you like being there and there are people you need a rest of and weekend is a perfect time. We love our parents and we care about them but they sometimes may be the most annoying creatures in this world when they refuse to hear and understand us and so we need a rest of them. We really need a couple of days without our parents; we need to stay all alone at least for some two days. When parents are off for weekend this is the best time for kids. They are home alone and they can do whatever they want to do and no one will say them that this is wrong and that is right and no one will control them and so on and so forth. You can invite your friends and have a great time together with them or you can visit those dances you have never been at before because your parents never let you to and you can do anything, just be careful and let your friends never find out about it. So, parents-free weekend is a great weekend.

We life in our houses and our apartments and we have everything we need in there. We have our accommodations and those are shelters for us and there is nothing natural for us to be afraid of. And that is why we are helpless people and we are people that have nothing to answer for the nature and for all those natural phenomena. We have created numbers of things in order to make this life more safe and comfortable for us and as a result we know nothing about the world without concrete and iron and roofs above our heads and so on. We know nothing about the world where rain falls on the ground but not in the pavement. And that is the world we are afraid of because we are helpless when in it. They need to remember about the fact that there is another life without cabs and self phones and wireless connection and so on and so forth. They need this world from time to time in order not to turn into something perfectly helpless. They need this world to keep their survival instincts. 

Weekend consists of two day off and those are bright days for people. We love do things that make us happy but we usually have no time for those things. And when it is weekend we have two days for those things and those people we really like. To make weekend long party is a great idea. This party may last for two days or you can spend only one day for it, it is up to you. The weekend long party may be held at home but in this case you will have a lot of things to do when the party is over and those troubles may spoil the whole mood of the party. For the Spaniards breakfast, lunch and dinner often turns into action with elements of show. Even baked onions deserve special honors, especially if it is cooked well. It is one of Catalans’ favorite dishes which are made from white sweet leeks. They bake fleshy vegetable stem at open air on a large grill. Spanish cuisine is unthinkable without strong and dense local wines.

Spanish cuisine is not rich with desserts; people prefer halvahs, ice cream, pastries. Basically, the recipes of desserts are borrowed from the Arab cuisine. The Spaniards love fresh fruit in chocolate and traditional Spanish pastries.

Weekend is the best time for rest. We wait for a weekend starting on Thursday. We plan what to do and where to go for a week-end. Many families have gardens at the country-side so they go there to have rest. Others plan to be entertained well in the city as there are a lot of interesting places to go alone, with the family or with friends. Cinemas, theatres, clubs, parks, museums wait for those who spend their week-end in the city. There are a lot of interesting programs for children and grown-ups. You can give your beloved an opportunity to spend a part of Saturday with bosom friends to exchange news, or to go fishing. You may doze on the sofa with a book in a rainy day.
